We are committed to continuous growth both on and off the field, and we have already implemented many new initiatives for the playing group this pre-season. With new faces and a new seniors coach joining the club, we are primed for a serious crack at the club's first senior premiership!

Off the field, we have identified the need to promote our club sponsors more than ever before. Season 2022 will see the introduction of our Sponsors & Players Business Directory. This will be circulated to the whole of the club's mailing list, providing all members and supporters with an avenue to easily access the services offered by our sponsors and players. Along with this, we are excited to create an internal club business network, giving sponsors the opportunity to promote your business with like minded supporters through several sponsor networking events throughout the season.

Through sponsoring the Pirates, you can reach a broad range of people and businesses. The Pirate community consists of not just players, past players and our supporters, but also the School's vast network of old Boys and Girls.

There are many ways that you can get value out of sponsoring the OPFC in 2022:

You may offer a particular product or service that you would like to promote to the club and its members via way of an information session.
You might like to promote your brand visually and take advantage of ground signage and our interactive advertising options.
We have an extensive player tradesperson base that could help you with your business if you are a supplier.
You might just want the opportunity to mingle with other likeminded supporters and be involved in the Pirate community.

Whatever your objective, we feel that there is a level of sponsorship for everyone and we are committed to providing value for our sponsors in 2022. We are keen to support our sponsors more than we ever have before.

2022 Sponsors & Players Business Directory

$250 each

This Directory has the single purpose of promoting your services to the wider Pirate community. This provides you with the best opportunity for being able to connect with new customers.

Without sponsorship, the Club would simply not exist. Nonetheless, sponsorship should be a 2-way street. Your invaluable ongoing support should be rewarded with your business being promoted at every possible opportunity. This directory will assist with that aim.

We are encouraging supporters, players and the wider Peninsula Old Boys and Girls network to engage the service providers listed here ahead of others. If you do engage another sponsor or player, please let them know it was because they were in the Directory. Their sponsorship or playing for the Club being an important factor behind your decision to engage them. That feedback will allow both you and others to value the financial benefits of your sponsorship.

In addition, it is becoming increasingly apparent that for any Club to remain competitive in the VAFA, they need to assist players in obtaining both full and part time work. If a player expresses an interest in your industry, then we would like to contact you and explore this further. This is becoming increasingly critical in the VAFA if the Pirates are to both attract and retain players.
